2. Why is it so important for Matt to make up with/become friends with Ursula again after the argument about the law suit?

Answer: I dont think anything has happened, it´s just a way of scare and frustrate the Donaghys. They did it because they dont like Matt and this is one of the ways of showing it.
2.
Answer: Because he realise that he has nobody and he doesnt like the law suit, he realises that a little but later than Ursula but when he tells his father it became ugly and his father got mad and said it was too late and it´s a good idea.
3.
Answer: She is very very caring and has opened up herself to Matt and is very supportive when she comes over to Matt´s house, another person like I predicted it.

ReplyDelete1. They probably took the dog to scare the Donaghys. Many people in Rocky River is against the family because of the law suit. This is their way of showing it. I don't think Pumpkin will get hurt or starve to death. I hope that the kidnappers will return the dog to it's home safe and sound.
ReplyDelete2. Ursula is Matt's only friend. You can also tell that Matt has a crush on Ursula. If I were in Matt's situation I wouldn't want to loose my only friend and first love.
3. In the beginning i thought that Ursula was a drag. Bad attitude as well as bad self-confidence. It was like she had this walls around her and wouldn't let anybody in until she got to know Matt a little more. Matt seems to tore down her walls and now she's more happy and sympathetic. She doesn't seem to be so selfish anymore and that's good.

I don’t think something special have happened him it was just the way to punish him like they say, to let him feel guilty and put the blame on him. It could be someone who really hate Matt

He doesn’t have someone else to talk with because she is the only one he could really show his feelings to, and will always be by his side to help him.
3. From the beginning she was very sad and was on the own didn’t chare her thoughts with someone else, but when Matt came into her life she started to open her thoughts and have a lot of conversations which did her happier.

1. I don’t think that anything has happened to Pumpkin but you can’t know for sure. Some people attend to have the most stupid ideas when they want to scare others. There are many persons who are upset because of the lawsuit and don’t like the way the Donaghys are handling things. But still it’s no excuse for stealing another’s dog just because you don’t like the dog’s owner.
ReplyDelete2. It’s important to him because he don’t want to destroy his friendship with Ursula. She is the only one who has been there for him the past weeks and she has showed him that she’s a true friend. I don’t think that Matt liked the idea about lawsuit from the first place and even though he doesn’t like the lawsuit either I think he was hurt when Ursula told him that she didn’t think it was a good idea because he wants her to like him. He also probably wanted her to know that it wasn’t his suggestion to sue the school and that he didn’t feel good about doing it.
3. She has been a loner for her entire life and now when she has a friend I think she has more understanding of other people. Like she begins to realize that maybe she wasn’t the best captain when she was in the basketball team. It feels like she’s more open to other people and interested in what they have to say. She only saw the bad things before but now she’s happier and her view of things is more optimistic.

ReplyDelete1. Sickness people around Matt. Matt isn't safe any longer. He is stuck in his minds. The only person he cares about is Ursula. But the thing is that he is afraid to say something which could ruin their relationship. He avoids to tell anything about what the guys did to him that day. This leads back to him. Matt can just blame on himself because of his acting.
ReplyDelete2. She is the one and only for him. He can be really straight to her. Why lose her after coming so far? Everything is good between them. They have nearly the same personality and feelings. Another thing could be gossip spreading, but I don't think so.
3.She has became a girl with respect. She realizes that people like her and need her. like the basket team. She discovered that she have real feelings. Ursula riggs is just a name. Everybody could be Ursula but nobody could have a heart like her. She can't be without people know.

1. I think the one who took the dog just wants to get revenge on Matt because of the lawsuit. I don’t think something seriously has happened to Pumpkin. I think that those who took pumpkin just want to scare Matt, why I think they choose to take Pumpkin is because they have noticed that Pumpkin is Matts only friend right now and that his dog is all he cares about, except Ursula.
ReplyDelete2. Because he has realized that what she said was right. He starts to realize that the lawsuit it’s not going to do them any good. I also think he needs a friend, he need someone who understands him like she does. I think the main reason is that he just needs a friend. He needs that person who supports him no matter what everybody else thinks.

ReplyDelete2.Because he has realised that he likes ursula and can´t afford to lose her too, that shes too good to let go just for a little fight. I think that deep inside matts knew all along that urusla was right but i think there was a strong emotional tense inside of him and he realisied it on her, wich was bad
3. At the beginning Ursula was all hard core and very cold person. Didnt care of anythin and basketball owned her life. Later on when she starts so hang out with matt she gets more sensitive and she actually start showing emotions.
